Yes, you can also order from our shop as a business customer. You must then enter your VAT number.
After a short check of your VAT number, you can complete the order.
If you receive an error message with your VAT number, please contact us.
The check of your VAT number is done by a system of the European Commission.
This system checks the validity of VAT numbers in real-time using databases of the member states. Because this system is used by all EU member states, it is unfortunately the case that there is some regular overload. This overload mainly occurs at peak times. The chance of overload is greatest on working days between 16:00 and 18:00.
If your VAT number check was not successful, we request that you try again first. If that does not provide a solution, we advise you to place your order again at another time. If you still have problems, please contact us so that we can check whether there is a malfunction on our website.
An order at our shop can be paid in different ways.
IDEAL
Paying with IDEAL is the most used and well-known payment method. Payment via IDEAL goes through every Dutch bank
Credit card
Paying with Credit card is also possible. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestrocards.
PayPal
Paying with Paypal is also possible. This is a safe way, because Paypal acts as an intermediary and in this way lets you make a payment safely and can act as a mediator if possible.
Unfortunately, as a business customer at our shop you cannot pay on account.
As a consumer, we offer you a 14-day right of return. This means that you can return an ordered item within 14 days and we will refund the purchase price to you. We do expect the product to be returned to us in good condition and in the original packaging.

In any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Then you can choose a carrier for the return shipment yourself.
You must ensure that the product is sent to us properly packaged. This means in a sturdy box and well protected, so that the product arrives back to us safely and in good condition. The shipping costs will be refunded to your account during a refund.
If your item is defective, please use the withdrawal form. If the item is under warranty, we will contact you and give you instructions for a return label.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to drop off your return at our premises. We do not have a shop or a warehouse. As all products are delivered directly to you via our supplier. Our address is only a business address. From this business address, we will of course do everything we can to process your return as soon as possible.

After your order has been shipped and you have received a track and trace, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address. Only during the completion of the order you can provide an alternative delivery address. This has to do with the fact that all products are sent directly to you via our carrier.
If the addressee is not present to receive the package, you will receive a card with instructions on where to pick up the package. This may be at the neighbors or the nearest collection point, but this is determined by the carrier.
The day before the delivery date you will receive a track and trace code. Via this code you can see the date and time slot on which the carrier will deliver the package.
Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to determine the delivery time, which is determined by the carrier. If you have received a track and trace code, you can see in which time frame the delivery person expects to be with you. If there is something that prevents the delivery date from being met, we will always contact you.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect your package from us, we do not have a store or warehouse. This allows us to keep the price low.
